SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING - UNITED STATES
Shipping rates are calculated and I currently use USPS First Class and Priority Mail (2 day). Both include tracking numbers. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
LOCAL PICKUP
I now offer the option of contact-free local pickup. When your order is ready (generally within 1-2 business days) you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
I do not accept international orders at this time.

Returns
I am committed to satisfying my customers, and I am pleased to offer you a refund if you aren't happy with your item. Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or damaged, I am happy to exchange it - all you have to do is ship your product back and I will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
